Situation
- Rapidly growing department that has two large teams
- The teams are misaligned and ineffective at working together
- Opportunity to bring the senior leaders of these teams to align on a desired shared culture, leadership behaviours, and team operating norms
How We Helped
- Conducted deep engagement with senior leaders and employees of the group
- Facilitated several short online sessions, and full-day in-person offsite with the senior leaders to create a unified vision, and team culture and norms
- Co-created team canvases and Kanbans to gain immediate traction on desired culture and leadership behaviours
