Situation
- HR introduced cultural transformation a few years ago with some success.
- Needed to engage top executive leaders of their organization (~70) to shift ownership from HR.
- Needed to take a change that seemed conceptual to something more tangible and easily executable.
How We Helped
- Engaged senior stakeholders in alignment conversations.
- Designed a full-day offsite that created energy and provided a space for experimentation and learning on how to drive the desired culture and employee value proposition forward.
- Hosted a fun and high-energy space to allow business leaders to share questions they had of the culture journey, and to create an opportunity for peers to support each other on the evolution and driving the right results.
Outcomes
- Deepened understanding of the context and high stakes of the cultural transformation (the why).
